We have started using through broadnet services since 2016, we have connected more people on behalf of us .we have faced many problems since these many years , they won't update any proper bill whenever we pay the amount ,but at the end of every month of prior they will disconnect the sources before the due date itself, these many years we sustained because the owner Mr.Jana knows us very well . Worst ever response from him and the service from his team as well.

From 2016, We fixed this broadnet services From Avadi office, every month We are facing WiFi networks issue problem, and billing date is actually 13th of every month, before 9th We have not paid means, silently they cut their connection??? And also deposit amount, triggerly not given, bcoz they said some reasons, But not a valid reasons. Customer satisfaction is very worst.

Have given fibernet yday. I was particular in giving fibernet throughout concealed false ceiling. They were very patient and helpful in doing it as it took a long time to do so. I haven't tested the speed consistency and other service related issues yet, which will be shared after few months of usage. As of now happy with their service.

No proper customer service. Payment links don't work and if there is any internet issue need to wait till ten am for them to attend the call. And at times they refuse to accept the fault and they are rude
